Inferno Man crawled out of a pit of fire. He looked intrigued at his strong arms, skin like molten rock, and he blasted a hole in the ceiling. News helicopters broadcasted images of scorched streets; a trail of burning destruction. The military was in for a battle with two crazed monsters on the loose. The government couldn't cover this up, even if they tried. So they made a Waterman to stop the Inferno Man.
